All children in Year 3 had the opportunity to visit the British Museum to see first-hand the real-life artefacts on display as part of the Ancient Egyptian exhibit. The children completed answers about the pots, jewellery and weaponry uncovered from life thousands of years ago in Ancient Egypt. The children found it fascinating to witness how well-preserved a body was having been mummified and buried over 5,500 years ago.
