Twinkl support for BBC education

"To support the BBC content beginning on Monday 11th January, Twinkl will be providing aligned resources to use each day. We’ll be sharing these in our Home Learning Hub, in daily blogs and schedules, and letting you know through our social media channels. Best of all, every resource you’ll need to go alongside the BBC lessons will be FREE to access and share."

BBC education support

Starting on Monday 11 January, each week day on CBBC will see a three-hour block of primary school programming from 9am, including BBC Live Lessons and BBC Bitesize Daily, as well as other educational programming such as Our School and Celebrity Supply Teacher and much loved titles such as Horrible Histories, Art Ninja and Operation Ouch.

If you can't watch when the programmes are initially shown (because you are in your Google classroom with your teacher and classmates), you can still access them on BBC Red Button, as well as episodes being available on demand on BBC iPlayer.

Also, BBC Bitesize online has an expanded offer of structured lessons in Maths and English for all year groups. ‘This Term’s Topics’ also covers other curriculum subjects and curates learning content that works for the Spring curriculum.

Visit bbc.co.uk/bitesize, click on the year group and subject and all the content is there. If your child is working below that of their year group (possibly with a Special Educational Need), this gives you the flexibility to use resources and learning (especially for Maths and English skills) suitable to their learning level.
