We love Linguascope!

Last week, as a link to our topic about daily life, in Year 6 we spent our French lesson on the ipads using Linguascope. We focused on learning how to recognise times in French and looked for links to our Maths to help us understand how they structure their telling the time phrases in French. We enjoyed playing the games as always!

Remember all children have accessed to Linguascope as part of their online learning and homework - as your class teacher for thr most up-to-date login information!

Here are Year 6 Elder Class enjoying their session.

Year 5 Maple Class - fantastic homework

This blog post is dedicated to all of the hard working children who have completed their homework tasks for the first half of the Autumn Term.

I have thoroughly enjoyed reading through Maple’s homework this week and have learnt lots of interesting facts along the way.

I received some great fact files about woolly mammoths, some wonderful diaries written from the perspective of a sports star, some excellent narratives and some interesting food diaries.

I also received some absolutely incredible Stone Age dwellings which are currently on display in our classroom.

Well done to everyone who has participated in this term’s homework and for earning points on your homework tracker - you should be very proud.

Year 3 - AMAZING DINOSAUR HOMEWORK!

We are sad to say goodbye to the fantastic dinosaur boxes that were decorating our classrooms in year 3!

The children worked extremely hard at home to design a shoe box filled with dinosaur wonder! Now that our topic is changing to Egyptians, we have sent them back home for the wall of pride but here they are on the blog to stay! Amazing efforts- thank you parents and children! Take a look for yourselves at all their hard work!
