Year 3/4 Art Club

Year 3 and 4 Art Club have focused on a different artist each week. This week we learn about an artist named Claude Monet, who was famous for impressionist art. We recreated his famous painting ‘The Water Lillies’ using paints to create different shades of blue and green.

Watercolour Club

The children of upper KS2 have had two sessions of their Watercolour Club so far this term. They learned the four basic watercolour painting techniques, and also, how to create volume using complementary colours for shadows and lights instead of black ink. We will be using our talents to create landscapes next!

Sewing Club-Year 2

Some of the children in Year 2 enjoyed taking part in a sewing club. Over a few weeks, they practised different stitches before creating their own bags. 

Year 1 & 2 Football Club

This term in Football club , we have been developing our football skills. We have learnt how to dribble , pass accurately as well as aiming accurately into a goal. We have taken part in mini football matches against each other which was very exciting! Take a look and see us in action.
