Our Playground Leaders team met with Mrs Seaton last week where they practised leading some traditional playground games, with the aim to play them during break or lunch and encourage others to join them. The Playground Leaders are always looking for ways to encourage people to show values such as friendship, kindness and fairness, so if you have more ideas, share them with your class rep :)
Our Playground Leaders had their first meeting on Wednesday afternoon and it was a great success. First, they decorated the new Quiet Area partitions with ribbon to make them look more attractive. Then, they sorted out the current toys/books/dressing up clothes that will be available for the children to use in the quiet area during playtime and lunchtime. Finally, they discussed ways in which they would like to help to improve their playground.
