This week, Year 1 really enjoyed retelling the story of Abe and Alba through dance. We discussed at the beginning of the week how we can tell a story in different ways. After watching storytelling through dance, we thought about how we could move when something sad happens or when something exciting happens. As a year group, we put sequences of movements together to retell different parts of the story. We then wrote about the things we enjoyed the most.
