This week, we have been learning about measurement with a focus on length, weight, height and volume. We have been using non-standard units of measurement to measure the length and height of objects as well as a ruler to measure in centimetres. We heave been using balancing scales to identify heavy and light objects as well as digital scales to measure weight in grams. We have been discussing language such as full, empty and half full to measure volume and have used the language of millilitres to compare volume.
