In Nursery we have been exploring the different countries Emma Jane visits in our topic story, 'Emma Jane's Aeroplane.' This week we have engaged in various activities linked to Italy. Emma Jane picks up a lion in Venice near the Great Canal. We learnt how to say hello and colours in Italian.
We noticed and talked about the shapes we used on our Italian pizza.
We decorated our own gondolas.
