Year 3 - Writing Rhythms in Music!

In music this term, Year 3 have been learning about form and structure in music.  We learnt how to work out the number of bears in a bar, musical sentences (phrases), and started to compose our own short melodies by improvising on pentatonic scales. 

Today we were writing 8 beat rhythms, getting ready to add pitch after half term.
