Practising Bowling in PE!
This
term in PE, Year 4 have been learning various cricket skills. During our ‘bowling
learning’, We started by practising our run-up and aiming at the stumps.
Everyone focused on using a straight arm and following through to make the ball
travel in the right direction. We also worked in pairs to take turns bowling
and batting, cheering each other on and giving tips for improvement. It was
great to see everyone getting more confident and accurate with their bowling.
We can’t wait to use our new skills in a real cricket matches next term!
