This term Year 6 have been consolidating their knowledge of electricity and circuits. They have learned about parallel and series circuits, and drawn diagrams of a range of circuits using the correct symbols for the various components. This week they conducted an experiment to see what happens when the number of cells in a circuit is increased. They noticed how the lightbulb became brighter each time additional cells were added.
