Today the children worked in teams to create a rocket
using the junk modelling. As a class we brainstormed some rules that we would need to work well in a team, such as listen to one another. The children were then asked to come up with their team
name. We had Team Earth, Team Moons, Team Planets, The Superstars and The Shooting Stars. The children then had an opportunity to have a look at
the materials which they would be using and drew a plan of what they wanted their
team rockets to look like. |
They then went to work on their rockets.
