In Mathematics, we are learning about equivalent fractions and decimals. To help us deepen our understanding, we enjoyed an Active Maths lesson in the studio.
The children had to work as a team to order the fractions and decimals from smallest to largest, giving reasons for their choices when questioned.
We then played a version of 'Duck Duck Goose' where the children had to run around the circle when a fraction or decimal equivalent to their own was called out.
This game had three levels of challenge and all children were successful.
