Year 6 Beach Reward Trips
Some lucky Year 6 pupils enjoyed a day at the beach as a reward for consistently
showing the school values, making effort in their learning and making positive
behaviour choices. We drove down to Joss Bay in the school mini-bus, played in
the water and the sand, ate a picnic (whilst hiding from the seagulls), buried
each other and even had an ice cream. The weather was better for one trip than
the other, but we didn't let a bit of rain spoil our fun!

Year 6 Reward Trip - Sightseeing and Hamley's
Twelve lucky children from Year 6 enjoyed a trip to Central London last week as a reward for their hard work this term. They were chosen for being children who consistently make their best effort, who try their hardest to show the school values and who are role models for others.
After taking the train to Charing Cross, they enjoyed a walk around some famous sights, even seeing the Changing of the Guard at Buckingham Palace! From Piccadilly Circus, they walked up Regent Street to Hamley's, one of the most famous toy shops in the world.
Once there, they watched a range of demonstrations and admired the huge Lego models. Some children even had a go on a karaoke machine and astonished onlookers with their vocal talents!
