Hello Year 6, I hope that you have all had a nice half term and have enjoyed the lovely weather. As always, it is great to see how hard you have all been working so please do continue to send in any work to the working together email address.

Here is another selection of work created for our Year 6 Gallery - enjoy!

A wonderful take on Paul Klee's Moonshine design - the use of segments is so impressive!

This member of Linden Tree Class created a poster about purple flowers. I wonder how many different types of purple flowers you can name?

Here is a beautiful design of a purple hummingbird. I particularly love the variety of purples used.

A purple rainbow linking to our Arts Weeks theme - well done!

Year 3 Home Learning Photographs

The Year 3 teachers were over the moon to see even more photographs arrive from you all over the weekend! We are so pleased that you are keeping up your reading and writing and also being creative and having fun!

Have a look below to see all the great tasks Year 3 children have been busy doing...

Amber P from Olive Class has drawn this amazing picture of a nurse, inspired by the artist, Banksy.
Well done Amber!

Alizeh from Hazel Class has been busy completing another brilliant writing task.
You have done so well Alizeh and it was a very enjoyable read.

Adelina from Chestnut Class has used Miss Newman as an inspiration for her art.
A great likeness, Adelina!

Megan from Walnut Class has been very busy keeping an excellent  reading diary! I love reading the stories about 'The Worst Witch' too Megan! I'm sure your log will encourage other children in Year 3 to keep up their reading diaries.
Mrs Oliver has been baking again with Henry and Iris and this week's cake was a chocolate and banana bread.
Henry and Iris thought they would add mini smarties to the mixture without Mrs Oliver noticing!
Keep sending your photographs in and we will continue to publish as many of them as we can on the blog!

We hope you are all keeping safe and well.

Mrs Oliver, Mrs Bird, Miss Lacy, Miss Chaudhury. Miss Newman and Miss Dirkx
