Today Y3 became archaeologists! We headed down to the Forest School with our brushes in hand, ready to discover some Egyptian artefacts. When we were down there, the children were able to uncover many different artefacts, which we later identified as primary sources. We discussed the artefacts we had found, and thought what they could be and what we might be able to learn from them. One of the items we found was the Rosetta Stone which later allowed us to translate hieroglyphs!
