On Friday 8 Year 3 pupils are chosen to attend Always Club. To be eligible for Always Club the children must have chosen to consistently show many of the school's values throughout that week. Mrs Parsons, one of our Learning Mentors, runs the club here on the MW site every Friday afternoon from 2pm - 3pm. The children created some lovely artwork which they all took home with them at the end of the day.
This week in Year 2 we have been introduced to our new English core text... The Tunnel by Anthony Browne.
As part of our learning, we explored what it would be like to crawl through a narrow tunnel like the characters in the story.

Today's invited guests to Bannockburn Bistro on the Manor Way site. All four children in Year 3 have shown great manners throughout the week in the dining room whilst eating their lunch.
Congratulations to all the children who were celebrated for their positive choices this week in Achievement Assembly. It was lovely to have some normality return to school and to bring the children from different year groups together to celebrate what has taken place around school.
