Year 4 Disco Dancing!

Last night our Year 4 children came along for a special disco after school.

There were some real 'Movers and 'Groovers'!

High Street Garden

Now that the weather is getting warmer, the children at High Street are enjoying spending more time in the garden. We have lots of new additions this year to make our garden even more colourful and inviting than before. We have started to plant lots of seeds so watch this space!

Nursery - Pirate Day

The nursery children came to school dressed up as pirates. They took part in various activities linked to our topic story 'Pizza for Pirates.'

They particularly enjoyed singing and dancing like pirates.

We made healthy vegetable pitta pirate pizzas, just like the pizza George offers the green sea monster.

We competed against each other in teams to gather the most treasure.  

Gardening Award at High Street

The children at the High Street site were very excited to receive a parcel from the Royal Horticultural Society. We opened the parcel to find a certificate and 48 packs of seeds including flowers, vegetables and salad, as a reward for achieving the Level 4 Schools Gardening Award. We look forward to planting the seeds and spending more time in our garden.

Year 2 - The ‘Homework’ has landed!

This week, a huge group of rockets have landed in the Year 2 classrooms! We have also seen many beautiful, sparkling galaxy jars too!
