Can you keep your feet in time?
After playing short and long sounds, quiet and loud sounds, Reception have been learning to keep the beat on their shaker instruments. We have a walking song that can go fast or slow - sometimes there's a puddle to jump in.
Today we kept our beat in our feet as we walked around the circle for the other children to follow. We could go slow or fast, but we had to keep our feet even.
