This week, Acorn Class in Nursery took part in Mini-Chef, where we made vegetable skewers and rice.
We looked at the ingredients and thought about how we might cut them up. Mr Clark taught us about being careful when using knives. We made sure to wash our hands before preparing the food.
We all got to chop up the vegetables and measure out the rice into 100g portions.
Once the preparation was complete, we assembled our skewers, adding tomatoes, peppers and mushrooms, before selling our food!
