Year 3 have been working with a pentatonic scale on the xylophones. They have created their own repeated patterns and then worked at layering them - playing together over a beat.
Some of their patterns created 'phasing'.
Before the summer holidays, they will be writing their patterns as music, so that next years year 3 children can learn them!
