Throughout the year, Reception learn about different festivals celebrated within in our community. Recently they explored Diwali, the festival of light. Activities included manipulating dough to make diva lamps, designing Mehdi on hand templates and using different textures to create a paper diva. Some of the children were excited to share their own experiences of the festival.
