SUMMER WELLBEING

Staying active during the holidays can be difficult. For the wellbeing of the children and adults, having a variety of things to do is very beneficial. 

It is also proven that limited screen time, on age-appropriate websites/ games, helps with mental health, physical health and sleep habits.
