This week in Science, we carried out an enquiry. We learnt that an enquiry is when you investigate to find out more about something. Our enquiry question was ‘Does the same flower have the same number of petals?' To carry out this enquiry we counted the number of petals each flower had. We found out that the daffodils all had 7 petals and the tulips had 6 petals. The rose and carnations had different amounts of petals.
