Last week each of the Year 5 classes visited the Museum of London in Docklands. In Year 5, we have been learning about World War Two and the visit gave us a great opportunity to find out more about the impact of the war on our local area. The museum is filled with hands-on exhibits which brought our learning to life. The children were able to explore replicas of wartime shelters, wear historic costumes, experience the life as a dock worker and much more. A great day was had by everyone.
