Last week, we used our knowledge of edges, vertices and faces to explore the nets of different 3D shapes. We were able to identify different shapes such as: trapezoid, triangular prism, octagonal prism and square based pyramid.
We used scissors to cut out random parts of some nets and had to explore and think about the shapes' properties. This helped us to find the missing parts and put it together to make a 3D shape..
