In Year 3, we have now started learning a new text in our English lessons - 'How to defeat Medusa'. It is an instructional text, giving the reader chronological steps on how to banish this terrifying gorgon. Today, we got to know the text better through role play. In groups of 3, we took turns acting as the narrator, Medusa or Perseus. We thought about how to show our character through facial expressions, body language and tone of voice!
