Wellbeing and Mental Health- Self-Care Bingo

The school holidays can often be a time of over-indulging and little physical activity. We may be enjoying ourselves, but we may also be neglecting our wellbeing. 

A fun way to get the whole family involved in looking after ourselves, is to play a game of bingo. 

Tick off every time you do a good deed, have a good laugh, or do something fun, and see how quickly you can yell BINGO!


Ages  5-7

The Jar of Happiness activity is a great one to do before the New Year, and at this time next year, you could be looking back at all the fun things you’ve done.
