Wellbeing- Get dancing!

Friday 29th April is International Dance Day.

Why don't you have a go at some different dances

Whether it’s Foxtrot, Jive, Gangnam Style, disco boogie, Rockstar, or kicking back with some Hip Hop, there's nothing like a bit of dancing to lift moods and feel positive.
