Year 5 PE

This half term Year 5 are going swimming. 

When they are not swimming, they are working on their breathing techniques and improving their stamina when running.

Some children find it hard to stop themselves from running as fast as they can, becoming tired and needing to stop. It takes a lot of discipline to control their speed, and they are learning that this enables them to extend the time and distance they are able to run for.
