This half term Year 5 have been enjoying Outdoor and Adventurous Activities, such as orienteering (completing variations of short courses and setting up courses for others using school plans and maps), and shelter building, which included collaborating with others (to work in teams to create, present and peer review mini dens, practise teamwork, cooperation and communication skills).
They first built small dens for an action figure, then progressed onto one large enough for a person.
