This half term our topic in Year 3 is the Ancient Greeks.
In English, we have begun to learn about the mythical story of Perseus and Medusa. We found out about how Medusa was turned into a Gorgon by the goddess Athena. Then, we generated expanded noun phrases and similes to describe Medusa. We had fun creating these masks of Medusa's snake hair using paper plates and pipe cleaners.
