YOGA in Year 2!

This term in Year 2 for Indoor PE, we have been developing our skills in Yoga. We have enjoyed learning new breathing and relaxation techniques and feel much more confident in our Yoga abilities now. We have worked in pairs and groups to develop our skills and enjoyed sharing our favourite Yoga poses.
