Drumming in Reception Music

Reception really enjoyed making lots of noise using the drums in our music lesson today. We practised playing loudly and quietly and most importantly when to stop! Using the fruit words plum, orange and strawberry, we learnt rhythms to play all together. We then split into groups and overlapped the rhythms to create a fruit salad of sound!
