There was a lot of reasoning and logical thinking during our Maths Workshop this week in Year 4.
We were able to work through problem solving questions by using different strategies and methods.
During our workshop, we had to help a family with booking their holiday. We used trial and error to find the best flight and hotel for them, whilst staying within their budget.
When we were problem solving, we had to understand that sticking to a systematic strategy was important, so that we could solve the problem in order.
