During Spring Term, Year 4 have really enjoyed putting their sewing skills to the test! To fit with our topic, Stone Age, we designed and created our own satchels.
In those days, they would use this to store berries and tools. We used a range of stitches, including the running stitch and blanket stitch.
This took a lot of patience, determination and hand-eye coordination.
