In Year 4, we have started learning how to play hockey.
As part of our lesson, we practised holding the hockey stick by keeping our left hand on top the hockey stick and right hand firmly on the middle of the stick.
We then guided the ball in a zigzag pattern between cones to learn to control the ball.
Once we had all practised controlling the ball, we competed in our house teams against each other guiding the ball between 5 cones laid on a straight lines to the end and back to see which team would finish first.
