This term, we are learning about the famous artist Keith Haring. We started our learning by exploring his famous prints and discussing the features of his work. He uses very vibrant colours with a cartoon style and his most well known objects are people, space ships and dogs.
We worked in pairs to talk about what we could see, what we were thinking and what we were wondering. We then discussed any political meanings behind his work.
Finally, we tried to recreate some of his prints by sketching in our sketch books and using vibrant pops of colours and lines to show movement.
