SYNCOPATION!
We are working hard on our rhythm skills this term. Today we focussed on playing 'footsteps' on the xylophones, and clapping 'syncopated' rhythms over the top.
Our footsteps provided a steady beat to clap our rhythms over the top of. We used our notation knowledge to read one rhythm, and used our topic words to create a second - more complicated pattern.
