This week in Science, Year 3 learnt about fossils and how they are formed. Following this learning, they were able to have a go at being palaeontologists and digging for fossils themselves. Using cookies, paintbrushes and tweezers, the children dug out as many chocolate chips (fossils) as they could from the cookie.
