Fine Motor Fun in Reception!

Apple Tree have had great fun developing their fine motor skills, making the muscles in their fingers and hands stronger.

                      

One of our challenges was to thread little beads onto sticks of spaghetti. We took our time and showed great concentration. 

Another challenge was to fill a pipette with water and very carefully squeeze drops of water into the suction cups. 

We also enjoyed playing with the coloured rice. Our challenge was to use our fingers and mark making tools to draw different 2D shapes.
