Responding to an artist in Year 3

 In Year 3 this half term, we will be looking at Drawing and Collage. In our first lesson we responded to 'The Circus' by Henri Matisse. We took inspiration from his Abstract Expression and completed a collage for our title page. We enjoyed taking an experimental approach to our art learning today and knowing that we didn't have to be precise. We are looking forward to discovering more about this style of art and the work of Henri Matisse.
