Some exciting news from the Junior Language Challenge – for EVERYBODY!

First of all, a huge congratulations to the four children who have progressed to the London Regional Finals of the Junior Language Challenge, and a huge well done to everyone who has taken part in Rounds 1 or 2 so far!

In light of the current situation, the UTalk team behind the JLC have this week announced some news that means EVERYONE can use the UTalk resources for language learning!

For anyone who took part in Round 2:
German has now been released as a fun but non-competitive resource to those who didn’t make it to the Regional Finals. You’ll just need to log-out, then back in again to find the German resources.

For anyone who took part in Round 1:
French has now been released as a fun but non-competitive resource to those who didn’t make it to Round 2. You’ll just need to log-out, then back in again to find the French resources.

For anyone who has never taken part but now would like to:
You can register to learn a language of your choice (there are so many to choose from!) via the new UTalk Language games website

The cost is £5 per person but via the app or website there is a wealth of games, activities and resources you can use to get learning a new language!
Even some teachers are joining in too - I am going to try to learn Italian, and I know Mr Griffiths is giving German a go!

Check out the JLC website for more information and keep learning!
