Story telling through music

In Music, we looked at creating rhythms with words related to our model text Red in English which is based on Little Red Riding Hood. Using the notes C and G we tried to show the journey that she took to visit her grandmother. We changed the tempo to show her movements for walking/running to create a simple start to a piece of music. We learnt about creating tension looking at the pitch and rhythm and dynamics and started to add texture by layering with different pieces of music.
