Today, Year 3 learnt about how to use a new problem solving strategy called 'acting it out'. They enjoyed solving a problem by visually creating it with a group of children. This really helped them to better understand how to solve the problem.
Today's problem was: A giraffe sees a line of 13 trees. It eats the first tree then eats every 3 trees. How many trees are left?
