This week, our Year 6 pupils have been investigating living things as part of their Science learning. Using bottles, balloons, water and sugar, they conducted an experiment to determine whether yeast is a living thing. It was amazing to watch the balloons inflate as the yeast reacted with the sugar proving that the yeast was alive!
