In music this half term, year one have been learning all about pitch. We have discovered the bigger the instrument the lower the sound that it produces. Today we used the Boomwhackers. We compared these in size to see if we could order them from lowest to highest before testing them out. We then played the bells and had to listen really carefully to see if we could identify which made the lowest and highest sound.
