In Year 3, we are learning about the Geography of the UK. So far this term, we have looked at hills, mountains, rivers and coast and used atlases to locate these places. In today's lesson we looked at physical and human geographical features. Physical features are things created by nature such as rivers, mountains and waterfalls. Human features are things that have been made by humans. We had to sort out features into whether they were human or geographical features. We then looked at features of Greenwich and compared them to a coastal town - Broadstairs.
