We first learnt about the key words to use when giving directions such as left, right, forward and backwards.
We stood up and listened to instructions to make sure understood each key word.

We next used what we had learnt about directions to give the Bee-Bot instructions to get to Ben bear.
The children had to program the Bee-Bot by pressing either the forward button, the backwards button, left button or the right button. They also had to say how many times the button needed to be pressed.
