This half term, Year 3 are learning all about how to add suspense and tension to their story writing. Our model text in called Staying Out, a tale of two boys who camp out in the garden only to find...they are not alone.
To immerse ourselves in the text, we used drama to act out the story. We even used instruments to represent the sounds that someone or somebody was making outside the tent!
But don't worry. It was only a...hedgehog!
